The Role of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association

At this years’ Contamination Expo, ARCA will discuss how clients see membership of a trade association as a safeguard, and how the Association continues to drive high standards to provide reassurance.

Steve Sadley, Chief Executive of ARCA, will highlight how contractor members need to participate in the Association’s audit scheme, which requires two satisfactory ‘unannounced’ site audits every year to maintain membership. This provides reassurance and supports clients in their legal duty to appoint a competent asbestos removal contractor.
