ARCA Fund Raising for Charity

During last week, the ARCA Charity Week, ARCA staff took part in three marathon challenges to raise funds for charity.

On Monday, they played darts continuously for 8-hours, Wednesday played table tennis for 8-hours and on Thursday undertook a bowling marathon!  They also held a cake sale, sweet sale, raffle and a quiz evening!

Thank you to all the Association’s members who have been fundraising by arranging bike rides, abseiling, raffles and a sky dive. Some challenges are still to take place, as this coming weekend over 30 staff at two members will take on a muddy obstacle course. Good Luck to all.

Our efforts are to fundraise to support the Association’s charities – Mesothelioma UK, which is a national resource dedicated to supporting people with asbestos cancer, and The Indee Rose Trust, which helps children, and their families, who have been diagnosed with a brain or spinal tumour.
