ARCA announce winners of Gold Site Audit Award 2018

More members gain award even with site audits unannounced. ARCA is delighted to announce the twenty-one member companies who have achieved the Gold Site Audit Award for 2018.

The award has been designed to acknowledge consistent performance, demonstrated over a sustained time period. So to achieve this award, Asbestos Removal Contractor members needed to achieve Grades A-C, with an average of at least a Grade B, in six consecutive audits (that is across a 3-year period ending 30th June 2018).

Of the twenty-one companies achieving the award, ten have retained the award from last year, with eleven companies being newcomers.

"It is extremely positive to see an increase in the number of companies gaining this award compared to last year, especially as ARCA introduced completely unannounced audits in January 2017. Meaning our members had no idea where or when an ARCA auditor was going to assess their work," said Geoff Silver, the ARCA Membership Compliance Manager.

"Congratulations to all the winners. This award acknowledges the work that has been put into their participation in the ARCA Site Audit Accreditation Scheme (SAAS)."
