Supervisors & Operatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee asbestos removal teams, ensuring all work follows HSE regulations, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR 2012) and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain high health and safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute asbestos removal projects efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure all workers use correct PPE and follow decontamination procedures.
• Report and investigate any incidents or near-misses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Asbestos Supervisor or Operative Certificate (UKATA, ARCA, or equivalent).
• Respirator face-fits
• Medical
• CSCS
• Minimum of 3 years in an Asbestos Supervisor Role
• Minimum of 3 years in an Asbestos Operative Role
• Strong knowledge of HSE Regulations and Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR 2012)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Full UK Driving License for the Supervisor Role & preferred for the Operative Role
