As a dedicated asbestos removal and encapsulation specialist we work to the legislated guidance of HSG247: The Licensed Contractors Guide and the Control of Asbestos Regulations (CAR) 2012 and are licensed to work with asbestos by the HSE. With our head office in Leeds and regional facilities/depots in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Durham, Belfast, Hull, Warrington, Burton upon Trent, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bristol and Southend, we offer a UK-wide team of 370 industry professionals, including 250 directly employed site staff, all of whom are UKATA/ARCA trained and our management teams are SSSTS and SMSTS qualified. We assess the extent to which a property is contaminated by asbestos containing materials (ACMs). Our specialist asbestos survey will identify the location, type, volume and condition of any ACMs. Following the survey we develop a cost effective asbestos action plan to addresses the risks concerned.

We work closely with our clients in the development of the action plan recognising any existing Health & Safety policies, in-house procedures and permit-to-work systems to ensure that the can be managed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements while minimising disruption to client operations.
